Hello wello!

I'm blogging via the blogger apps on android hahaha cos the photos are taken using the secondary camera with my HTC so pardon the mediocre quality for the images, and the other 2 gotten from soul via whatsapp.

Y'all know, this whole week, I've been staying at home for most of the day's except for Monday and Wednesday which I had school! I'd go out for a run around MBS with the soul & a few old guys after their work but it was my dad's birthday so I eventually, couldn't make it. Then, my soul was telling me she wanted to try long distance & asked what was the available date I could make it for a run.

The day was today! Or, it should be yesterday since now it's already Sunday. We tried using the route shini gave us, from SP to Holland V to Dempsey and finally, destination is Botanic Garden. To and fro, it measures about 11.2km so, that was our aim but guess what! Hahaha running with soul was a whole new experience. We literally talk and run at the same time. Tell me about training stamina. Hahahaha nothing beats talking & jogging at the exact same moment, talking non-stop man. She's my first running buddy who could make me talk throughout the run. #steadyla!

Anyhow, hahaha she is another girl who's really damn steady. For instance, I was dating like,"eh I think this way also able to reach back SP..." She would be like,"okay, let's go!" That was how we ended running more than initial kilometers. Hahaha we were sort of going thru all the housing estates at Namly road, Sixth avenue and those super rich locations. Omg, I feel so demoralized hahaha to live in such mega massive houses and drive super luxurious cars, your income really must have some standard. Even being millionaire also only enough to buy hdb flat which you would then... Lose your millionaire status. Standard of living in Singapore is rising like the phenomenon el Nino effect lol.

When we were running from Holland V to botanic garden, hahaha a guy in black Porsche really looked out at us while we were jogging hahaha we went insane because we both had the same reaction of,"omg did you see that! The guy looked at us!" Hahaha all the laughter and jokes really gotta maintain, good for stamina but one fine day, I think even when we are in pink health without any history of asthma, it would just hit on us suddenly lolol.

Today, we did quite a lot of things for the first time! Which kinda makes me happy, like I couldn't even remember when was the last time I did something for the first time! It's not as if, it's something so important it creates a milestone in my life but hey, little bit of such acts in life could really lift up your spirit man! The only things we didn't manage to fulfill were trying to hitch free ride hahaha and send in confession at timbre! Honestly speaking, the thought of hitching free ride was all along in our brain because the weather was mad insane melting hot! We almost went berserk hahaha the tongues were all dried up, partly also we kinda talked our way through hahaha and we didn't bring bottles along. Super adventurous, please!

Life is pretty enjoyable, something I must confess, if only you want it to be fruitful and get a rough plan for the day. Despite of the fact that it was just a normal running day out with just a close friend, it could be so much more fun, joy and laughter compare to going out with a big group. It's just something that goes along with this saying,"same same but different." The run we had was lethargic, like seriously, the sun was scorching hot and it had been blasting its ray at us from the start of the run until the very end. It was all the while in front of us... But at the moment like this, we could still entertain ourselves, & it just makes everything more bearable. Happiness is contagious!!!

It was a well-drafted plan for a simple day like this! We reserved table at timbre, we got there in time, hahaha with the aid of my HTC Google map navigator. It was my first time using it, and hahaha I find it pretty amusing lol like omg it's so trustworthy and really accurate. Tell me that I'm a mountain tortoise but I don't care. HAHA yes, satisfied my craving for duck pizza, tried new drinks and even though we had to sit outside because low tables inside are all already reserved but omg, weather was so good, with the... River breeze, beautiful skyscrapers or more of like the buildings hahaha skyscrapers are too high up in the sky to use it on buildings in Singapore, & yes, the super cute cum sociable waitress plus the live band, makes it really an awesome chill-out place!

 

You know, the hectic life in Singapore really dampens one's mood. Sometimes, you need a timeout with a few friends and just enjoy moment like this. It feels uber great! Even with just one friend but if that one friend can be a really superb companion, it's more than enough! Hahaha and yes, soul, you made an intimidating companion to other friends of mine lol because you drive hahahahaha just kidding!

Okay, short post for today and I gotta hit the sack soon. Exhausted!
