Congratulating them upon their graduation!

(Initially, I wonder to get them flowers but I really didn't have the time since I had to reach school and be seated by 945am for Shini's convocation!! To compensate for the flowers, I baked this cake and omgz, hahaha it's so healthy. No butter is involved, used Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder, less than 0.5 cup of sugar, some water, vegetable oil, milk, and an egg... Which made it not vegan anymore HAHA)

I would like to congrats them, Shini, Cynthia (graduate with distinction), and Veronica upon their graduation! I'm pretty sure all their hard work had paid off well in uni, battling with the arduous brain taxing essays, projects, and revisions needed for the exams. I hope they are now all ready to enter the new phase of their lives, into the working society... A real true, cruel world. May they have good promising future ahead, all the best in their future endeavours!

MANY PEOPLE ARE ASKING ME, a question which I get REALLY too damn often...

"Why are you still schooling? Why didn't you graduate with them???"

The answer is simple.

I am enrolled into different course as them. I am not a student from the Bachelor of Business (Management) cohort. I AM A MARKETING STUDENT, I am pursuing my Bachelor of Business (Marketing) degree. OMG I have NEVER EVER been in the same class/course with Shini before, since secondary school. We were just happened to be in the same schools, but the direction of our lives and interests are way different... Just because she's my BFF and we always hang out together, this doesn't conclude that we are in the same class or whatsoever. Whoa, the question posted above has been bugging me/us ever since poly days...

We always hang out together, that's something I can't deny and must admit.

You ask me why, despite of being in different class/course, we could still meet up so often and this is how I am gonna comprehend this question:

There are 7 days a week, 24 hours in a day, which is also equivalent to 1440 minutes, or 86400 seconds. IF YOU make an effort or a choice to meet up with someone, there is definitely PLENTY of time to do so. Be it a short 5 minutes catch-up, a day of hanging out, it's still considered as a meet-up.

Now that Shini has started working, we would still meet up at least once a week, keep in contact via whatsapp, she would crash over at my house over the weekends and whatnot. This is because, both of us are making the effort and time for each other.

As clearly as I've stated... If you've been asking me out and I always give replies that are sort of... Reflecting that I am not interested... It really does mean that I am really not interested in hanging out with you. I just don't like to find topics to talk about when engaging into a conversation, and I DON'T HAVE TO DO THAT with Shini and some other close friends. This include during the moments, even if both of us remain silent, there would be no awkwardness at all.

& so, this boils down to the fact that... HANGING OUT OFTEN DOESN'T MEAN I AM IN THE SAME COURSE/ EDUCATION PATH WITH SHINI, PLEASE PEOPLE PLEASE, stop questioning me why am I still not graduated. YOU THINK I DON'T WANNA GRADUATE TOO?!?!?! IT'S JUST THAT HER COURSE DURATION AND MINE ARE DIFFERENT, HER COURSE HAD MODIFICATION ON ITS DURATION, FROM 3 TO 2 YEARS, WHEREAS MINE, WHEN I GOT ENROLLED, IT WAS ALREADY 2.5 YEARS, AND NOTHING WAS BEING MODIFIED FOR MY COHORT, ONLY THE NEW COHORT HAS CHANGES.

This is all that I have to clarify.
