I got bored, so I updated my blog.

Some peektures I took in Vietnam with my HTC One X.
No edits at all, but some were shot with filters in the default camera options.

Basically, with the previous post, I actually do have 2nd and 3rd part of Vietnam to post about since we went to 3 different areas there but the problem is... I'm a little lazy to blog about it.
So long story short...
In Hoi An, it was almost similar to Phuket/Krabi. Small town with beach nearby, array of shop-houses and some historical sites to visit. The beach was nice, free mats around for you to relax your day but it might be a little annoying when every few minutes, the Vietnamese women would be coming to you and asking you to buy something from them. It was literally... Every few minutes and subsequently, you get sick of rejecting them to a point that you would just ignore... & then, there was this Old Town, filled with eateries, souvenirs shops, travel agencies, & bars. Totally a place for tourists but some still provide delicious food at affordable price.
In Hanoi, we spent 4D3N there and thankfully, the train ride was much better than the first. It was cold & rainy in Hanoi, with average temperature of 16 to 19 degree Celsius. We visited Halong Bay and... I forgot which was the other place we went, I think.. It's Tac Coc? Or something like that. Getting you on a sampan with the paddler, paddling you through 3 caves and with all the boulders/ mountains around and guess what? AMAZINGLY, we saw goats on the mountains, no idea how they got up there... & there was an exquisite temple as well. Halong Bay tour was on the following day, nothing much actually, probably 'cos it was all cloudy and rainy, bus journey there was long, approx. of 6 hours and you only spent 2 - 3 hours there. Oh goddddddddd... After kayaking around the bay, we did caving there as well and headed back to Hanoi.
That all, sums up my trip to Vietnam.
So, the past week...
I finally attended the 2nd theory lesson for my driving on Monday... I've been dragging it since the end of May. It was like, I have to attend theory lecture in MALAY which I cannot even understand AT ALL and compulsory to attend as well. Duh... No choice, that what makes Malaysia unique. Anyhow, after the 1st unbearable 6 hours of Malay theory lesson, it bummed me to carry on my driving lessons... Which then, I dragged about 3 months later, in October, before I took the theory test... Thank goodness, I passed it in one try. Finally, I'd decided to finish up 2nd theory lesson (only 3 hours & OMG IT FELT SO GOOD, HALF OF THE DURATION FOR 1st THEORY LESSON) otherwise, the window period would be expired and I've to attend all the shit lessons from scratch again.
So, my mom was nagging & rushing me to complete my driving lessons, to get my license ASAP, she immediately helped me to book the 1st 3 hours of basic for practical... The following day, I learnt everything about the car, the clutch, accelerator, handbrake, how to change gears, how to drive and stuffs. Amazingly, on that 1st 3 hours, I learnt how to do 3 point turns, parallel parking, up the slope and stop there. A little proud of myself, since I only stalled 3 times & have zero idea on how the car actually works. LOL BECAUSE PILOTING A BOAT AND DRIVING CAR ARE TOTALLY 2 DIFFERENT THINGS... There's no pedals for boat, only a throttle and steering wheel, so much easier to pilot but there are so many things to take note for a manual car. My parents think that I can clear everything in one try because I know how to pilot a boat, so much confidence in me but on the other hand, I'm fearing that I might fail even though I find driving a fun thing to do. HAHA.
Ohkay, after the 1st 3 hours of basic practical, I gotta wait for my PDL (probation driving license) to be ready before another 9 hours of practical till I go for my pre-test (passing it already and then...), final practical test. I wanted to clear everything in December but... There 2 weeks are just a little tedious for me... I was told to wait for 1 week before I get my PDL but received SMS on Sunday morning, saying my PDL is ready. By right, I could have attended few practical sessions this week but next week is Christmas, then 27th, cousin's wedding in KL. Even by clearing the 9 hours, there won't be time for me to clear the test... & I was worrying that after all the sessions, I gotta wait for a week or so to my pre-test, I might forget everything that is taught to me. LOL, so I finally convinced my mom to let me continue during January since it was only 3 days week for only 3 weeks. There is an one week break... I shall clear it on January before I go Berkelah and.. NEW ZEALAND ON 7TH FEB!!
Subsequent days of the week...
I went shopping with Mom, just some groceries shopping, and to get a dress for cousin's wedding. We headed to Jusco for 2 consecutive days 'cos the first day we went, we only bought my dress & had to rush back home to get the key from PT maid after cleaning up the house. Then, mom said we would return the following day to get the groceries shopping done & look at some more clothes which we didn't. LOL.
In the end, I got red instead 'cos my 2 musketeers, mom, & dus, all agreed on it although I preferred the black one so I can hide my fats & look slimmer. Then, I realized, all my dresses are all in black actually... LOL but black is a safe color, elegance, goes well with most of the accessories. I wanted to get a white dress for the wedding dinner but... It's just hard to find the one I can fall in love at the first sight with.
Over the weekend...
I guess... I spent it away by watching shows on Funshion. Recently, I started watching Criminal Minds Season 8, it was better than Mentalist, IMO. LOL now I'm waiting for Season 1 - 7, got hooked up on it already. Oh, I watched 666 Park Avenue as well, not a bad show but it was asked to stop after the first season... I guess there won't be season 2. Besides watching shows, I still watched shows. HAHAHA what a way to spend my holidays and I haven't step into Singapore after I returned back from Vietnam. Achievement unlocked, also because I wanna use my December allowance to buy my camera for NZ trip. I will be broke, very soon. Le sigh~ Anyhow, Shini came over on Sunday for BKT and wanted to swim but weather did not permit. She literally just slept the whole day, my house can hypnotize people... Tested and proven by many of my other friends who came here before for stay over.
That's about it for my week!!!
I am finally...
Getting my ass outta the house tomorrow and Thursday to hunt for my camera, meetup with my souls for Christmas gifts exchange before the round soul flies to Taiwan on Friday to celebrate Christmas there with her girlfriends. & YAY, wedding dinner on Friday, will be replacing my mom's friend to attend... A reason to dress up. LOLOLOL 'cos wearing a dress for me only happens probably 5 times annually.
TILL THENNNNNNN,
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
