Late Night Adventures.
October 11, 2011My handmade birthday card...
Had successfully arrived in Brisbane for my dearest twinny. I hope she had a blast for her 20th birthday in overseas for the first time! Funny as it is, I sent a polaroid of myself over to her, reminding her not to forget me. Yup, I know she won't forget me but I just wanna send a picture of me over to her. HAHA, so she gets to mesmerize my photo everytime even though I'm not there physically. Happy belated 20th Birthday, twinny! (inserts heart-shape)
It's yet another dreading month.
What's more than having finals in 2 weeks' time? Attending lectures but didn't pay attention is the same as skipping lectures with attendance taken. I paid attention but when it comes to LISTEN & JOTTING DOWN NOTES concurrently (especially for econs), I swear I would just copy blindly and for the fact that I can't see far. I'm starting on econs first even though it's the last paper. Holidays are nearing, can't wait for 1st Nov to arrive! Meanwhile, I just gotta bury my head in the mountainous of notes & textbooks. :(
Finally, I tuned back my biology clock.
I slept earlier than usual last night, probably at 1am and woke up at 930am. Undoubtedly, I'm feeling like a zombie now but waking up early gives me more time to do whatever I wanna do for the rest of the day, like BLOGGING, blogs-hopping & tumblr-ing. It sucks when I'm still stuck at econs, making notes, sorting out tips, trying to digest every single graphs printed on the notes... Oh well, it beats entering into the working life though.
Anyhow, late night adventures...
Sleeping only in the morning & when I say MORNING, it means sleeping at the time frame between 6 - 730am. No joke, I had been doing it for the past few days, totally evolved into a nocturnal animal. Nah, I didn't go clubbing and in fact, I stopped for a year already. The maximum number of times I've stepped into a club is easily countable just with 1 hand. Don't judge me by saying I'm a clubber because I am not.
What did I do then?
Sleeping early (skipped dinner), being as a light-sleeper, a SMS or a phone call could wake me up in the middle of the night. So, it goes like this... I woke up to a text, despite giving an answer when being asked if I was tired by someone, I replied it with,"Hungry > Tired" simply because I slept my dinner away. Guess what? I was being picked up for some late night supper almost immediately (excluding some miscellaneous time) to Upp Thomson for some tau huey, egg tarts and doughstick.
It's more than just supper.
WE WERE ALREADY OUT, so we took off some time to chill before heading home. Yes, it was already 3am when we decided to spend time talking so, 3 hours passed as if an average song is being played entirely from my iTunes. It's like a blink of an eye, time spent enjoying seems to pass like a bullet-train. Finally, it was 6am when we went back home.
More than just supper & chillax session.
Another 1 hour of phone call before I eventually concussed on my bed, and it was because my battery was exhausted and it could only last me an hour of talking on the phone. Otherwise, the phone call would not end so fast unless I've fallen asleep while chit-chatting. Yes, that was how I only managed to sleep in the morning. Night is still young, only when I'm still feeling young.
& most of the time,
I sleep late because of the recent chatting over the phone. HAHA, weird as it seems, I hardly spend time talking on the phone. I don't have the habit of doing it and people don't call me just to talk unless they have something important to discuss with me. #Foreveralone, because no one calls me. CHEY, actually it's because I don't like people calling me. When they do, it's solely asking me to entertain them while they have nothing to do or on the way to somewhere. It's different from accompanying someone whom you wouldn't mind spending extra time to be their companion. I have a friend who calls/disturbs me when he's bored or on the way to somewhere which sometimes, I get quite annoyed...
ANYHOW,
Time enjoyed wasting is not time-wasted meaninglessly & on a random note, I'm truly surprised, simply amazed by things happened a year ago, being remembered by someone whom I didn't really contact for the past half a year or more. It's amusing when people still remember all the small little stuffs that had happened... A YEAR BACK. It could also mean, they truly cared for you silently... Hahaha, sounds so cliche but it's true, right? Otherwise, why bother remembering all those stuffs!
Alright, I need to mug soon.
At 12pm and head down to PS for dinner plus materials scouting to make something as promised. Time management is important, 7 days to complete the handicraft, 13 days to 1st paper, 13 days - 19 days to cover my revision for all 3 papers. I need to allocate my time wisely if not, sleeping 8hours a day for me is almost impossible for now.
Have a great day, lovelies!
Xx,
NJ
P/S: OH YES, I'M KINDA ADDICTED TO WATCHING RUNNING MAN. THE MORE I WATCH, THE MORE I'M KINDA ATTACHED TO EVERY CAST IN IT. I WILL FEEL UPSET WHEN ONE OF THEM LEAVES... WHICH IS HAPPENING SOON. :/
