but i think bfore tt, we ran don know for how many times.

after tt, we went to run ard e netball court for like 21times?
non-stop, no gaps, it was slow means we need to run v v tiny steps
and so, more tiring lar. e coach jia jia one. touch white line then add laps liao.
then weiting said coach purposely wants make us run 20 laps. !!!!!!

after tt we had dodges.
after doing, coach said,'get lost.' to evyone?
and then, he kicked e cone.
i pity e cone ar, sure v painful. LOL.

then coach started speaking in malay w our malay netballers.
then we kpo lar. went to ask them wad coach said.
