Brunch at Anomali Coffee (Recommended by our Airbnb Host)

Well, the concept there is quite similar to those in Singapore. The interior design and whatnot but the food is pretty average. Then again, at least it's slightly cheaper compared to Singapore.

It's some sort like Starbucks since it actually sells some merchandises. Okay, maybe it IS like Starbucks, just that it serves brunch with quite a fair bit of selection available.

Tanah Lot
(AKA The Floating Temple)

Let me get the extract from Wikipedia for you.

"Tanah Lot is a rock formation off the Indonesian island of Bali. It is home to the pilgrimage temple Pura Tanah Lot (literally "Tanah Lot temple"), a popular tourist and cultural icon for photography and general exoticism."

Temple there is built to worship the Balinese Sea God and sadly, when we were there, the tide was too high for us to walk over... Nonetheless, the view was fabulous. You'd just go "whoa" "omg" "wow" "eh very blue hor!". It's literally one big piece of sea linking the sky, surrounded by all the temples.

There is actually one part that you could trek (I believe, you need to trek) to the rocks to take super awesome photos but nah, LOL we didn't have the time to find the route and trek over. It looks quite far from where we stand (higher ground where an eatery is situated), and we saw a guy sitting/standing at the rock before he eventually makes his way back to the dry land.

Oh...

My Havaianas which I got it in NZ, SNAPPED right there, so I kinda had to improvise on my flip flops by using a string so I could make it back to town to purchase a new pair. Erm, JSYK, there are a lot of Havaianas outlet shops in Bali, prices are slightly cheaper and they have designs that you can't find in Singapore. That being said, I got back the same design because, I WANNA STAND OUT IN SINGAPORE. LOLZZZ.

Anyhow, there's a snake temple at Tanah Lot too but we have someone with us who is ophidiophobia so we didn't enter the temple. If you stay at Tanah Lot long enough, I think there's some cultural dance performance at night, at the dining place overlooking the sea.

Anyway, there is a golf course at the further end of this Tanah Lot area, I am not entirely sure if it could get us there but I saw the greens & buggy while sitting at one of the eateries to fix my Havaianas (at least, it survived till we met up with our host whom then drove us to the outlet shop to get another pair.)

Another picture of 3 of us before we met up with our host to get back to town.

HolyCow! Steakhouse

So, we had seafood by the beach, then famous pork ribs, and finally, the last dinner in Bali, we devoured some steaks at this place where we supposed it was quite famous??? The ratings were quite good, and since, we were in the vicinity, we've decided to try it.

Right before dinner, where we had some time to spare, we went to all the outlet shops for surfing brands (there are lots of such outlet shops in Bali) and my dear friend decided that she had to eat before dinner... So this is her eating all that by herself.

Nasi Padang for the win!! Whatever you did not touch, it will not be billed. They will just serve you whatever they have at the moment and you choose what do you wanna eat.

Few more rounds of running around the outlets, friends trying to get some new bikinis, and it was time for dinner.

With the background lighting, we all looked pretty much like the local, especially the face in front.

There is a list for you to choose which part of the meat from the cow you would like to have and basically, we just chose those that sounded pretty normal to us. I meant, this post was supposed to be uploaded few years ago but I didn't complete it hahahaha and we were quite sure which part of the cow is "Sirloin" for and all that meaty terms.

That being said, I had zero idea what did I order that night but something that I could be sure of, was that I ordered for medium rare but my steak came out to be pretty raw towards the middle of my steak.

Could you justify the pic above that the steak is medium rare????

Mine is more like blue than raw or medium rare but it doesn't kill so I consumed all of it anyways.

Below is the chart with the courtesy of Google to show the guide of the ultimate steak.

Basically once dinner was over, we headed back to our Airbnb to pack our stuffs for our flight the next day.

And, to end of this post, breakfast on our last day in Bali sucked.

Kthxbye!
