It's yet another backpack holiday!

Guess what? In less than a month, we actually got the air tickets booked 'cos AirAsia was having 1 for 1 promotion. The only meh thing was we had to fly from KL, so we gotta book tickets from JB to KL, then KL to Busan but nonetheless, the total cost for the whole return trip was still much cheaper, we spent about at most, S$400 max for the air tickets.

The in-flight meals as recommended by my aunt weren't that bad, I still prefer the Japanese one to local Malaysian cuisine tho. If only they released the new menu when I was doing the online booking, I would have ordered something else 'cos the new in-flight meals all looked so GOOD on the new menu.
FINALLY, touched down at Busan International Airport.
The whole flight took us about 6 hours.

The bus ride from airport to our hostel was about an hour ride.
It cost us... 7000krw if I remember correctly.
We alighted at Novotel Hotel, then making our way to the Popcorn Hostel...

Oh, we booked a room just for 2 people but...
They ran out of such room? We checked into a room with a queen size bed, 2 double-decked singles, with a personal toilet.
After some unpacking, all ready for some street-snacking, and dinner!
We were just exploring the streets that were near our hostel.

MY DUMPLING SOUP
I thought it was gonna be just dumpling but guess what... It had noodles, quite a number of clams in it. TOTALLY WORTH MY... 4000krw? I would kill for seafood and the noodles was too much, it was enough for 2 servings.

GOOD FOR VEGETARIAN, it was all vege and I asked Shini, since when she becomes so healthy hahaha she regretted ordering it but I felt it was quite nice actually.

I think it was some french bakery or something, Shini found out about this bakery shop online and people were raving about it...
& me, being observant enough...

It caters quite an intensive range of bread to cakes and desserts.
They serve breakfast in the morning as well, those English breakfast sets!

(It's quite a affordable, clean, comfortable hostel I must say... Just that the beds in South Korea are kind hard for me hahaha I guess they like it that way)
Kitchen
Cookwares, utensils are all free to use.
They serve simple breakfast, eggs and toasts, tea and coffee, and if I'm not wrong, you gotta cook it yourself. That's how it work if you're staying in a hostel but no, we bought breads from OPS for our breakkie or that, we went to the bakery shops to get our breakkie done since all the shops have dining area for people to chill.

This was how we ended our 1st day/night in Busan.
Overloading of photographs... Oh well, picture speaks a thousand word and I shall continue the rest of my South Korea trip in separate post. Just the days spent in Busan, I have over 999 of pictures, let alone the days we traveled to Seoul and Jeju Island.
