On the way back to Changi Ferry Terminal!
Pengarang Cycling Expedition 2011!
My ever first trip being as a SPA Alumni. No major injuries but my dear ex-assistant secretary injured herself not because of cycling but because of the jump shot. She jumped and landed on her knees, thus, abrasions are inevitable! She always brings back injuries from different expeditions and camps. Souvenirs by having scars on her body! HAHA but she's definitely a nice, funny, friendly & caring friend!
Sunny weather; sun showed no mercy.
HEHE, no worries because I was covered with cap, buff & helmet. You could only see my eyes, I look like a terrorist but actually.. Everyone is pretty much the same. Oh, the year 1s and year 2s are all as red as lobsters, they are all badly sunburnt! I bet their skins hurt like some madcowdisease now and they said I'm not even a tad burnt probably because my skin is so used to the omgwtfpui burning sun already.
During the journey...
We saw and cycled past a lot of dead bodies. Dead bodies.. Of different animals! Animals like dead and squashed snake, frogs, birds, squirrel, cats, TERRAPIN (omg, it was so gross! Its shell was cracked and detached from its body and had its head and neck lying flat on the ground few centimeters away from the body) Apparently, lol. Some of the animals were headless, you could only see the tail of the squirrel & the body shape of the frogs and stuffs like that. Oh well, we did cycled past some living animals like the bulls munching on the grass, interesting BLUE bird which ended up a joke and also, eagle and owl flying (low) past us! That's about it!
Beach, beach, beach!
Okie, I was looking forward to the beach because last year I only went for the recee trip, it was a one day recee so we had to rush there and back to Singapore and that explains why I didn't go to the beach before. Oh, actual trip I had to back out last minute because I had to attend the sudden death of my relative's wake. Yup, so this time round, I get to go to the beach and guess what? HAHA, I cycled with Jianwei in the double bike, we are legends. We conquered the damn uphills and yes, our thighs were aching after the ride but we are legends. HAHAHA. Anyway, beach was a disappointment because there was nothing much to see and the beach is.. BORING. One good thing about the beach is.. It's good for kayaking, the waves are omg, so fabulous and it's the beach near Ramunia where all the 4 star courses are held.
Oh yes, beach..
Yes, beach! People like me, Jianwei and few of the old birds were sitting under the shade instead of playing with the water. LOL, knowing we had to cycle back to town, we didn't wish to get ourselves wet so me and Jianwei started some HTHT session and yes, all kind of talks were talked. Oh.. For consecutive 2 days, I heard so much negative stuffs about you (FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE) and it was really a disappointment... Not. LOL.
Reasons being:
I'm not close to you, I don't even bother talking to you and you've already clearly reflected all these acts months ago. As long as you don't bother about me, I don't bother about you but at this kinda rate, you will lose all your friends 'cos you are making them fed up with you. Everyone agrees that you talk without thinking :O & when things are going bad THEN you'll try to revert it, isn't it a little slow? If I could, I don't mind telling you straight into your face that you actually don't deserve (certain thing) but it was of no choice.
On a happier note,
SEAFOOD for dinner! Fantabulous. Menu for the night: Chili Crabs, Fried man tou, Cereal Prawns, Fried Baby Squid, Sambal Kangkong, Sweet & Sour Fish, Seafood Soup & Yam Dessert! Cheapest among the 3 tables, RM258 for 8 pax. Cheapest because the other 2 tables ordered lobsters and their bills were RM409 & RM 458? LOL, for 8 pax too but it was even more stunning when the year 2s still bought RAMLY Burger after dinner when my table was already having all the food stuck at the throat already.
Accommodation was good.
Fully-air conditioned, with TV (cable TV installed too) in each room and toilet with heater, oh.. Not to forget, there's wifi too! I get to sign into MSN with my iPod Touch and Whatsapp people who are back in Singapore and upload nonsense pictures on Facebook. Anyway, we all had a good sleep because we (5 person) shared a room with 2 queen size beds. HAHAHAHA. We offered our room for Amanda and Michelle, trading Kunhan over to squeeze with the guys but the girls ended up squeezing in a room with another 5 guys from their batch so.. We had more spacious space for a good night sleep. :>
So.. Time to go home!
Geared up and we cycled back to the ferry terminal with way too many pit-stop, especially the one right before the ferry terminal. LOL alumnus were all.. "Eh, why did they stop again and it's only less than 1km before the terminal.." HAHA, but I was glad our boat arrived first! Oh, this was a trip which we spammed quite a number of Jelly Ice-creams at a price of RM0.90 - RM1.20. It's the shiokiest snack ever under the burning hot sun. HEHE.
& lastly, I'm back in SG...
With a sore throat and mild headache even after sleeping from 7pm - 10pm, 12mn - 11am this morning. OMG, the headache is a bitch and I don't feel like talking because of my throat. TSK.
Alrightttttt, time to..
Prepare for dinner at town! I hope I won't get fat and seriously, this will be the last day I'm having good food and gotta run more this week! I can't be the burden for X-Physique, ATC during June! Gotta build back my stamina and stay healthy, legs lift, crunches, sit-up, push-up, please wait for me! :(
Good day, lovelies!
