Singapore River Regatta.
October 30, 2010Dragonboat.
CHAAAAAARRRRRGEEEEE!
CHAAAAAARRRRRGEEEEE!
As early as 9am...
My alarm was set at 930am but I woke up at 9am to charge my iPod Touch. HAHAHA. 'Cos I needed it when I make my way down to Singapore River for SRR and also, replying texts I received in the morning. I feel odd having to be there 'cos there were a lot of dragonboaters (obviously..) and I seemed to be so small-sized inside the crowd. Oh well, I'm glad Wongkah was there, at least he talked to me and brought me to the steps to witness the race. I mean.. It wasn't that awkward after all!
SPDBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB.
Today's just the heats but they made it for tomorrow's race! They attained 1st in place for both tertiary and also, open men category! Whoa, I was kinda excited during the open men's because... Initially they were at the 4th position but during the charginggggggg, their boat came in 1st at the finishing line. Shiokkkkk. I might be just a mere supporter for SPDB there but, the feeling is zomgwtfbbq, happy for them, you know you know! Great jobbbb, SPDB! (Y)
Hello, Ween!
I rushed back home so I could charge my phone as well. It died when I was on the way back after lunch at Marina Square. I wanted to catch a nap but afraid being fatter (am already fat), I'd decided to stay awake and blog my time away before I head for another shower and meet the peeops at Raffles MRT station later. I doubt it'd be fun but well, at least I've got some activities to kill my night! :)
SRR Finals - Tomorrow!
Oh man, I really wish I could be there to watch the finals but there's work tomorrow for me. It ends only at 1pm, I doubt that I can make it down in time to support SPDB. OHMYGOD. Hopefully everything delays and allow me to reach there in time for some rowing excitement! Oh well, I shall see how and ALL THE BESTTTTTTTTTTT for SPDB, especially those who are in year 3s already! :D
Good day!
